Reporting Concerns

Bucim’ potentially affected stakeholders can submit a grievance at Group emailing it to compliance@bucim.mk or contacting the Group offices. The grievances shall be submitted to the headquarters when the local grievance mechanism procedure has been exhausted and after refiling the grievance, the potentially affected stakeholder considers the grievance has not been resolved

FAQ

  • A grievance is a concern or complaint raised by an employee about workplace issues that affect them personally (e.g., unfair treatment, workload, harassment).

  • Whistleblowing involves reporting serious wrongdoing that affects the organization or public interest (e.g., fraud, corruption, safety violations).

You may raise a grievance about:

  • Unfair treatment or discrimination

  • Harassment or bullying

  • Pay, benefits, or working conditions

  • Workload or job responsibilities

  • Breach of company policies

Grievances can be raised by:

  • Speaking directly to your line manager

  • Submitting a written complaint to HR

  • Using the company’s grievance reporting system or email

Whistleblowing applies to serious concerns such as:

  • Fraud, theft, or financial misconduct

  • Bribery or corruption

  • Health, safety, or environmental risks

  • Legal or regulatory breaches

  • Data protection or cybersecurity violations

You may report concerns through:

  • A designated whistleblowing hotline or email

  • The compliance or ethics officer

  • An independent third-party reporting channel (if available)

Reports can be made anonymously, where allowed by law.
